Questions about billing
What happens when I run out?
Owners and managers are emailed when credits run low. If a property that has paid before runs out, its next 5 scans still work, so the desk isn't stopped mid check-in, and they come off the next top-up. After that, scanning pauses until someone tops up. Everything already saved stays available.
Do credits expire?
Yes, 12 months after the property's most recent purchase. Any top-up extends the date for the whole balance.
Is it per property?
Yes. Credits belong to one property and can't be moved to another. A group with several properties buys for each one.
How do I pay?
By card through Bank of Maldives. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and UnionPay. You enter your card on the bank's own secure page, so we never see or store it.
Which currency am I charged in?
Always Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may add its own fee.
Does anything renew automatically?
No. Each pack is a single payment and we don't keep your card. You only pay again when you choose to.
Can I get a refund?
A pack is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days and none of its credits have been used. After that it isn't refundable. Use the free scans first. The Refund Policy has the full terms.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. A confirmation is emailed after each payment, and owners and managers can download a PDF receipt from Billing in the app.
